October 1 2020 – Platinum sponsorships for this year’s NetHope Global Summit have sold out as final preparations are made for the organization’s first-ever fully virtual Summit.

As Covid-19 increases the challenges faced by the world’s most fragile communities, collaboration and collective action within the nonprofit sector is more important than ever.

“The need to find collective solutions that have sustainable impact has never been more urgent. No one organization can solve the many complex development, humanitarian and conservation challenges alone. So we are convening our annual Summit and bringing together (virtually) the world’s leading nonprofits and expert technology companies to set the stage for innovative collaborations and breakthrough partnerships,” says Liz Bronder, NetHope CEO.

In the midst of this global pandemic, confidence in this convening value of NetHope persists, both among NetHope’s Members and the technology companies that partner with us. The NetHope community is growing: three new nonprofit Members joined NetHope in July this year, and Platinum sponsorship spots for this year’s NetHope Virtual Global Summit have sold out.

“We believe the NetHope Summit is – hands down – the best nonprofit convening of the year,” says Dan Lammot, CEO of threshold.world, a Platinum sponsor of the 2020 NetHope Summit.

Representatives from global nonprofits, leading technology companies, and funding organizations will be in attendance at this year’s NetHope Virtual Global Summit. The 2020 event is built around the theme Collective Action. Sustainable Future. And this is what NetHope is all about. From 26 to 28 October, NetHope technology partners and Members will be collaborating together, with other members of the NGO community, for sustainable impact. For the first time ever, the event will be followed by two jam-packed days of workshops and training, and the full event has been objectively accredited as Continuing Professional Development.

“The NetHope Global Summit is a unique and powerful event that we’re honored to sponsor. We’re in business for people, and to us that means providing the best technology to enable NetHope member organizations to deliver more impact in the communities they serve,” says Felicia Carroll of Unit4, a Summit Silver sponsor.

NetHope brings 60 of the world’s leading NGOs together with technology giants to utilise digital in a collective effort to improve the world. The NetHope Global Summit is the largest gathering of NetHope Members each year.

“NetHope Members do incredible work in many communities across the globe. Our partnership with NetHope gives us a terrific opportunity to share ideas on how technology plays a role in accomplishing the Members’ missions and in making the world a better place,” says Jon Myalls of CDW, the Summit’s Community Celebration sponsor.

Without the following generous sponsors, the 2020 NetHope Virtual Global Summit would not be possible. The NetHope team is hugely grateful to all of our sponsors for their investment in the vision of NetHope, and their contribution to this year’s event. A special thanks also goes to NetHope’s Sustaining Partners Cisco and Microsoft.
